TONIGHT: NOTHING MORE THAN SOME PASSING CLOUDS. MOST LOWS IN THE 40S EXCEPT 30S IN COLD SPOTS
MONDAY: SOME PASSING MORNING SHOWERS WITH LEFTOVER AFTERNOON CLOUDS. HIGHS IN THE 50S.
MONDAY NIGHT: SOME CLEARING OF SKIES WITH LOWS IN THE 30S TO NEAR 40.
TUESDAY: CLOUDS AND SOME SUN AND COOLER WITH MOST HIGHS IN THE 40S.
Today’s beautiful weather with temperatures in the 50s certainly brought the hint of spring into the air. Now as the new week begins we have a few changes ahead of us but it appears that there are no big storms on the horizon through Thursday. We do have 2 cold fronts to contend with. The first one arrives on Monday morning and with it will come a few showers in the morning. Clouds are beginning to move through the Great Lakes and they will be arriving here during tonight. Monday morning look for some passing showers. Temperatures tonight won’t venture very far. It will drop into the 40s but not much lower thanks to the west southwest breeze that will continue into Monday morning. You can see on the loop that there isn’t a lot of moisture with this as the Gulf of Mexico remains cut off as a moisture source.
Right now all the regional and local radars remain very quiet for the most part. I would not expect to see anything show up until the early morning hours to the west.
